We are taking orders for our 2010 calendars.  They are $20 each.  There are two ways to order a calendar. 

1.  You may send a request for a calendar along with a check or money order to our address.  (address on "Contact Us" page) 

2.  You may purchase them online using PayPal.  If you do not have a free PayPal account, click here.  (Please note, there is a $1 online processing fee, per calendar when using this method)

 

*Winning number determined by the 1st number drawn of the 7:00 pm drawing of the WV Daily 3 Number.

*If no official number drawn for a day, the previous days number in reverse will be the winner.

*Calendar ticket valid from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010.

*All numbers are played straight as drawn.

*All winners will be paid weekly and sent by mail.

*All winnings are determined by the amount printed on each day.

*Each information card must be filled out and returned to Maysville Volunteer Fire Department.

*Tickets must be paid for by December 31, 2009.

*No winners will be paid on unsold tickets.

*Unsold calendars after December 31, 2009 will be sold at face value.
